Yes, it will help you for a better career because BBA is not a Master's degree. It is only a Bachelor's degree. You have work experience as well, so MBA will be profitable for you for your bright future.

MBA Finance is a good option for your career. Also, IMSR Pune has good placement record for MBA in finance. You can get a job easily in this field and IMSR, Pune has good study and faculty for finance stream.

Hi Afreen,
The basic requirement is that you must complete your bachelor degree and gain work experience of at least 2 to 3 years. Work experience is the most important criteria in MBA admissions. You must also give your GMAT or GRE and IELTS or TOEFL. These requirements will vary depending on where you want to study and the country and the university.

If you have scored above 50% in your graduation, than you are eligible for admission. If you have scores less, than you can go for Diploma course in management.
