Yes, it may impact as many leading companies that visit campus for placement due put in conditions on the minimum required of score at graduation level exams. This is done by them more from a screening perspective so that they get the right mix of academically brilliant guys. However, many companies are open on this front and are keener on looking at a student's performance for MBA, his/her project assignment and performance at the personal interview.
