Dear friend,
A minimum of 50% required for MBA admission. So, unfortunately, you are not eligible for the MBA programme. If you want to take an entrance, there is no benefit of that particular exam.

Generally, FMS-Delhi's cut off is very high around 99.99 percentile. Even for OBC category, it wouldn't be less than 99 percentile.

Yes, you can join a private college, if you are going for B.Com/BBA than you will get fairly good amount of time for CAT preparation. If you are pursuing Engineering than attendance matters and you will get only 6-7 hours for preparation.
