No. For applying in PGDM you need graduation marks as it is a post graduation course. So it won't take the marks of another post graduation course for admission. A minimum of 50% is required in graduation to apply for Iims.

Of course, you can go for coaching while in the last year of BBA or during the last semester. There are coaching institutes which provides coaching on weekends so that will be easier for you to balance out both college and coaching studies. Also make sure you do regular practice of the questions and solve as much mock tests possible side by side.

MBA eligiblity criteria says that a student must complete their graduation which should be equal to Diploma and any other.
Yes, you are eligible for CAT. Just go for that.

Both the universities are at the top most part of institute, Its totally depends on your willingness and the kind of exposure yo want to have if you want to go abroad go for the pondicherry else I will suggest you to apply for the CAT
