Of course, you can go for coaching while in the last year of BBA or during the last semester. MBA is not offered in IIM-A. It offers PGPM.

Both the universities are at the top most part of institute, Its totally depends on your willingness and the kind of exposure yo want to have if you want to go abroad go for the pondicherry else I will suggest you to apply for the CAT
