Wanting is the first step. I would say just focus on doing as good as possible in CAT first and then you can think about other things like fees and scholarships (once you make it).

So firstly choose the university which you want admission to be then read the admission criteria of university or again prepare for the some other entrance examination or CMAT ALL THE BEST

There is no entrance exam for admission and if you have MAT score so, may be they will provide you scholarship. You can check the fee structure through website because every year the fee structure changes.

Since 2017, MIT-Pune is an autonomous college and it is not under DTE. Apply personally through their website for the same.

Unfortunately, with that low CET score, there is no good college anywhere in Maharashtra wherein you can expect to get admission. The cutoff of all top colleges is 98+ percentile (for MS) and 80+ (for PGDM). I suggest you reappear for CET and/or other exams and aim for a much better score.

Counseling will take place after the CAT exam. I suggest you to review related college websites and past years cut-offs.

MAT don't have much good options. If you have appeared for other exams, then apply for government college. As private college fees will be around the 6-7 Lacs.
