For MBA from IIFT you have to give exam to be conducted on 3rd December'17. IIFT doesn't accept CAT score. So prepare for IIFT exam.

Good evening,
Look, IIMs have their separate eligibility criteria for admissions.
Only scoring 99.9 percentile in CAT doesn't complete the task.
To get the best one, you have to be the best every aspect.
They have their own GD/PI rounds and a case writing test.
If a candidate passes all these set of admission rounds then you can get admission in IIM.
So, overall screening of the candidate is done, right from discipline to education.
Thanks and all the best.

Dear Kartik, if you will qualify the CAT exam with good score and eligible for admission in a good college like IIMs, IMT, etc. you will easily get a loan for any nationalized bank no matter what your family income is. Institution will also support you to get this. Do smart labor, qualify, get admission. All the best.

The 3 key secret to score excellent score in verbal (provided you have your basics right) is: practice, practice and practice. Hence, I would suggest you to first get your basics right by going through the prep materials for verbal and then enroll a test series SIMCAT/AIMCAT and keep practicing the RCs and grammar questions. Try not to commit the same mistake twice while practicing. With time, your verbal scores will improve.

Re-appear would not be a hindrance in your admission provided you cleared it and rest of the exams with a commendable percentage. As IIM A is more biased towards your academics, a good score is a kind of pre-requisite for the same.

If you are referring to admission to IIM A, that would depend on multiple factors over and above CAT percentile. Your CAT percentile plays a minority role in your final selection. I would suggest you to revert with your profile for me to suggest a ballpark figure.
