Minimum cutoff is 90% for general category, OBC - 81%, SC - 75%, ST - 65%.
With 85-90% not possible for general category. Yes, it may be possible for SC - ST category students.

To get admission in a good Institute you must score a minimum of 80 percentile in CAT.

As you mentioned that you are in your 4th semester, so technically you have enough time to prepare for CAT.
