Utilise the CAT predictor by Shiksha. In my opinion you need a kickass CAT percentile (in the realm of above 99 %ile) to get a call (no work-ex as well).

Hi Shivansh,
As per your scores in MAT i.e. 638.5 there are many colleges who accept this score like:
JIMS Rohini,
LBS,
FORE,
BIMTECH, etc.
I would like you to go for JIMS, Rohini as it is the best college in terms of placements, infrastructure, internships, etc.

Hello Anurag,
After the MBA entrance exams are over, one should focus on preparing for the interview rounds held by the various B-schools. You would be called to attend them, if you have the necessary cutoffs and eligibility criertia. On clearing these rounds, you will finally get admission into the particular B-school(s).

You must target to score at least 97 percentile to get calls from newer IIMs or top B-Schools like MDI, XLRI, XIMB and S. P. Jain. As you have a good academic profile, you can surely expect few more good B-Schools call.
