First of all thoroughly study class 9th and 10th's maths books.
After that you can study these books:
1- How to prepare for CAT by Arun Sharma (QA)
2- Quantum CAT by Sarvesh Verma
3- Pearson Guide to Quantitative Ability for CAT by Nishit Sinha
4- Quantum Ability by Abhijeet Guha
For getting good at Quant, you need to practice more and more.

There can't be a definite number determining that so many attempts will fetch you a 95+ percentile in CAT.
Given the pattern and standard of the CAT question paper, a score of around 140150 would be able to take you around that desired 95th percentile mark. But then again, it is completely dependent on the question paper. If the quality falls or if the questions tend to become tougher, this mark is bound to vary.
