You are eligible for CAT 2017 as you are in your last year of Engineering and before getting admission in MBA college your engineering would be completed as the admission for new batch of MBA 2018-19 will start in March and classes will start in July 2018.

If you are looking for IIMs, your minimum target should be 95+ and if you are looking for other colleges above 85+ will provide you a good college.

Hello! All the iIMs give significant importance to all academic scores I.e. 10th, 12th and graduation(post graduation, if applicable) during their admission processes. So unless you score really well in CAT(99+ percentile at least), it would be quite difficult to get an interview call from an old IIM.
