If you are targeting a good college with that low CET score, then it is impossible to get one as the cut-offs of all top colleges are generally 97+ percentile. Your academics are good. For cracking IIM A, B and C, you can expect your graduation marks to be equivalent or above 75%.
Also , IIMs ABC usually take students above 99percentile (depending upon the cut-off).
