Only those can appear for the CAT exam who have scored at least 50% aggregate marks in graduation. So you cannot give this exam:

Hi Pradnya, it depends upon your kind of work and how you are able to manage time between CAT preparation and job. If you're able to devote around 3 hours for studying CAT on weekdays, then it should be enough.

Hello Naga! Last year the CAT registrations started from August 8th so this year, it might begin from August first/second week. Keep visiting the official website of CAT for any updates.

Hello! The registrations for both the exams haven't started yet. For CAT, it will begin from August first/second week whereas it will be January end/February first week for CET exam.

To be eligible for the interview rounds of any B-School, one must clear the necessary cutoff(s) of that B-School. Only then, one can expect to get shortlisted.
