If you feel you are average student in English and maths, I suggest you should once try giving CAT with 100% preparation. You might crack the exam with good percentile that would be enough to make you eligible for admission into good MBA colleges in India.

Join Mocks, IMS is good for concept builders, TIME/IMS mocks are good, give mocks as many as you can. Start building your basics with books by Arun Sharma/ RS Aggarwal for quant/LR/DI/Verbal. For vocabulary, you can go for Word Power made Easy(Norman Lewis).

Hi Asad,
You might have to wait for 2nd or 3rd list through DTE CAP round. I recommend you to opt for NBN Sinhgad or SKN Sinhgad Institute or you can also try for direct admission for a better shot.
