Your chances are good. There can be a question about your degree percentage otherwise you are fine.
Moreover, weakness in one area can be compensated by being strong in another. That way your strong test score and marks of 10th and 12th can compensate for your degree percentage. So, go ahead and apply.

In Mumbai, you can apply for colleges like Wellingkar, SP Jain, KJ Somaiyya. In Pune, you can go for IMT group and IMS group, Symbiosis group, IMD Gurgaon, IMI group, etc. which have got good placements. You can expect ROI for the same.
