Use of calculator is strictly prohibited in any exam. You need to have a knack of solving with pace on pen / paper basis. You can give more mock tests to get a feel.

Minimum of 6 months are required for complete in-depth preparation along with mock tests and revision, it also depends on your caliber and grasping power of concepts and rectification of mistakes.

Yes, it is good score but I would suggest you to retake February MAT and try to score good percentile and then you can apply to many good B-schools. Most of the MAT accepting B-schools start GD/PI only in March.

CAT cut-off for 2016 was 99.96 percentile. Average CTC this year was Rs 10.6 lakhs per annum.

MAT cut-off for last year was 99.96 percentile. Yes, admission can be got through CET.

You can still score more marks in CMAT, if you start preparing from now. With your profile, I would suggest you to try getting more marks in CMAT. I also suggest you to apply for MAT exam. With 120 in CMAT and your profile, you may find it very difficult to enter decent institutions.
