Hi,
I am sorry to inform you but BK School of Business Management do not offer any admission without CMAT. As this is a government funded college, all the admission are based on specific guidelines.
However few colleges in Gujarat do accept admission without CMAT once they found that seats are empty, they will give admission.

You are advised to prepare well for CAT exam. Once you make it to IIM lot of PSU banks will be ready to give you loan for PGDM. Once you make into CAT you may request for crowd sourcing. There are lot of noble people still in world who provide help to deserving needy students.

No. I don't think so. Because the selection rounds and the merit lists for PGDM are announced in May itself. So MAT 2016 score will not be applicable.
