Yes, it is necessary to meet the sectional as well as overall cut-off to get shortlisted for the Personal Interview (PI) round for final seat allotment to the MBA programme at IIM Sirmaur. Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) releases the NMAT exam dates every year. GMAC conducts the NMAT exam once every year within a specific testing window. Candidates can appear for the NMAT exam three times during this testing  window. The NMAT exam dates can be found on the official exam website. While scheduling the NMAT exam, candidates can choose a desired date to appear for the NMAT exam. Alternatively, NMAT exam dates can be found on shiksha's page for NMAT exam.

Test takers can find the NMAT results immediately after they submit their responses. The appearing window after the responses have been submitted mentions the NMAT scores. However, the scorecard download facility is provided 48 hours after the exam responses were submitted. Candidates can download the NMAT scorecard anmd retain the same for future references. The scorecard is to be presented at the time of admission based on the NMAT scores. 

Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) releases the NMAT scores immediately after the exam has been submitted. However, the scorecard is not downloadable immediately after the submission of responses. Candidates can download the NMAT scorecard within 48 hours of the test date. The scorecard can be downloaded and kept for future references while applying at different participating institutes. GMAC will share best of three exam scores within the NMAT participating institutes selected by the candidate while applying for the exam.

Candidates scheduling the NMAT exam are issued the admit card within 24 hours of completing the schedulung. Candidates can choose the NMAT by GMAC exam day, slot, and exam venue during the exam scheduling process. The same login window hosts the NMAT admit card. The NMAT admit card download window will remain open until the last date of the NMAT scheduling. Candidates are required to present the NMAT admit card at the exam centre. Officials at the NMAT exam centre does not allow entry inside the exam hall without the admit card.

Yes. Candidates can choose an exam date to appear for NMAT while scheduling the exam. GMAC provides the facility of convinient slot with NMAT to help candidates prepare well and controlling the exam anxiety. Candidates who fill and submit the NMAT form are allowed to schedule the exam after paying the application fee. While choosing an exam slot to appear for NMAT, candidates have to choose an exam centre followed by choosing the available slot in a particular centre. Candidates cannot chose an exam date after the scheduling window has been closed.

NMAT registration is facilitated every year in the month of August. Candidates are able to fill NMAT application form from the official website.

Candidates can appear for NMAT exam three times during one admission session. GMAC considers the best of three scores to be sent to the NMAT participating institutes for admission. Candidates who wish to appear for more than one exam take have to fill the retake registration form. The retake registration can be filled after the candidate takes the first exam attempt. Yes, for admission to the MBA programme at IIM Amritsar, candidates must secure a valid CAT percentile in both categories, i.e. overall and section-wise category which should be above the closing percentile mentioned in the cut-off list released by IIM Amritsar.
