There is no difference between the registration process of CBT, PBT and IBT modes of MAT. The application form for MAT CBT, PBT and IBT is common. The candidate has to register at AIMA website with their personal details for MAT and fill an online application form in which the option to choose the exam mode will be given. Candidate will be required to select the exam mode of their choice and the select test city as per the list given. Candidates can select more than one exam mode in single form, but they will have to select test cities (no selection to be done in case of IBT exam) accordingly. The fee payment is to be done per exam ses

Yes, ATMA cut offs are different for different institutes. The ATMA cut offs are fixed by the institutes individually on the basis of several parameters. Thus, the candidates must visit their preferred institute website and check the ATMA cut off percentile required, before applying for admission. Candidates who appeared for the exam can check their names in the merit lists released by the colleges accepting ATMA scores on the official websites of the institutes.

Yes, it is mandatory for all qualified students to attend the document verification round as part of the ATMA counselling process. During the document verification process, they need to present their original documents and photocopies for verification and provide their biometric details.

The purpose of document verification is to make sure that the student is eligible for admission to the selected course and avoid fraudulent activities. Those who do not attend the document verification round will be marked ineligible from the admission process through ATMA scores. Such students will not take part in the seat allotment round also.

The address of MAT test centre will be mentioned in the admit card only, which means candidates will know the venue/location of their MAT test centre only after they downloading their MAT admit card. The exam authorities will not share the details of any exam centre before the release of the MAT admit card. The MAT CBT and MAT PBT are held in separate cities and the centre is allotted to candidates in the first city of preference as mentioned in the MAT application form. Thus, candidates already know the city in which they will be allotted the test centre. The MAT admit card is released at least two days before the exam so that candida

AIMA MAT provides two options as test city. Candidates have to select any two cities from the list mentioned in the online application form for test centre allotment. The MAT test cities are different for PBT and CBT, thus candidates must make sure they choose the mode of exam which will be conducted in their cities of preference. Candidates opting for MAT IBT exam do not have to select any test city as it is a remote proctored test and can be taken from any location. The option to select test city to MAT CBT and PBT candidates is given in the application form. Candidates have to fill their options in the form where the field appears.

No, there is no provision of changing the MAT IBT exam slot after the admit card has been released. Each session of the MAT IBT exam is conducted in two slots: 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM. Candidates get the option to select the MAT IBT session at the time of filling the application form. They can select their preference in the application form as per their convenience. Later on there will be no way to change the preference. Once the MAT admit card is released, candidates must check their slot and make preparation for taking the exam in remote proctored mode accordingly. They should arrange for high-speed internet conne

No. The digital copy will not be accepted under any circumstances. Only the original print out of MAT admit card in A4 size sheet is accepted as valid proof at the exam centre. It is so because the MAT admit card is to be signed by the candidate and invigilator and stamped by the authorities as a proof of candidate's appearance in the exam on the given date and session. One of the signed copy of the MAT admit card is also to be submitted at the test centre. It is not possible to sign and stamp a digital copy of the admit card thus it is not accepted at the MAT exam centre. The candidate must carry two copies of the original print out o
