Yes you can do. Both are good usually students try for CAT as it has more scope you'll get admission in good college and can do better as compared to UPSC as it not easy in first attempt u have to work hard and hard for UPSC but CAT I can crack in one attempt too and business studies has wider range now a days.

Can I get an A-category MBBS seat in Telangana with 425 marks in NEET. Generally, The NEET. Has 15% overall India Cutoff & 85% of State Cutoff for the admissions for all state of India except Telangana, Andhra Pradesh & Jammu Kashmir. Those 3 state will have special ordinances for the Medical Colleges Admissions. The Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, J&K state will have the admissions reservation of 100% for the particular state only. Telangana students only join in the medical colleges in TS & no other states students should not get admission in Telangana medical colleges.
