Hi, yes, entrance exam is mandatory. SVU Tirupati Admission Procedure- PG courses except for M. B.A and M. C. A is:
Candidates have to submit the application on the official website of the university. Candidates should qualify the Sri Venkateswara University Common Entrance Test (SVUCET). Candidates who are eligible have to register for a counselling process. Final admission will be based on participation in the counselling process, seat allotment, document verification and fee payment.

For CMAT the cut-off score is 60-63%
and for MAT the cut-off score is 75-78%.
