There are many B Schools that accept 50 percentile CAT score. Some of them are School of management sciences, Lucknow, EDI, Ahmedabad, New Delhi Institute of Management, Asian Business School, FOSTIIMA Business School, New Delhi, IIFP, New Delhi, IIEBM, Pune, BIMM, Pune, BIT, Jharkhand, and more.

As far as I remember from my own experience NMAT cutoff goes up to 220-230. With score below it you won't be able to get into it.

For you the best option will be to try again. Even if you take admission in some college, it won't be good. You will basically waste your time and money. You can always try for MAT.

Because of the gap years their is no problem for taking admission in top B-School or any other Management colleges but in each placement drive HR will surely ask you the reason for these gap years like what you do in these five years. So prepare your answer accordingly. All the best.

The syllabus of both of entrance exams are given below. MAH MBA/MS CET syllabus:
1. Logical/Abstract reasoning (100 questions of one marks each)
2. Quantitative aptitude (50 questions of one marks each)
3. Verbal ability and reading comprehension (50 questions of one marks each)
Total question=200, Total marks=200
ATMA syllabus :
1. Analytical Reasoning Skills (60 questions of one marks each)
2. Verbal Ability and reading comprehension (60 questions of one marks each)
3. Quantitative Skills (60 questions of one marks each)
Total question=180, Total marks=180
So from above the syllabus of both of exams is similar.
