Yeswanth, you are right if you're going to take your exam of MAT in February so you are eligible for the same year of MBA classes in college and choose any college as per your choice. I hope you get your desired answer.

For NMAT scores to be acceptable, you need to apply separately for NMIMS branches and for XAT also you need to fill up admission applications of various colleges for the scores to be considered. It is unlike CAT.

As your question is 9 months ago but I am answering it just for the sake of new students. Your percentile matters when and which of the course you are choosing therefore, it's quite tough to answer but yes, if you want to join Rural/Development Management then this much is more than sufficient as there is not much competition in this field, Only the thing you need is determination to the society. As per the eligibility criteria of CAT Candidate should Hold a Bachelor's Degree and have secured a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA. The students belonging to any of the reserved categories like Scheduled Tribe (ST), Scheduled Caste (SC), and Persons with Disability (PWD) or Differently Able (DA) category must have at least 45% marks. So your overall degree percentage should not be below the 50% of marks.

Hello Prajwal Giri, yes you can definitely give XAT without giving CAT. And do not worry even if you are from Humanities you are eligible why did your graduation programme was of minimum three years duration. On top of it even if you are in the final year you are eligible to appear for this exam. Yes you were easily get admission in that college. Even iihmr also have a paper for those student who didn't appear in any kind of exam they have a self test I. e iihmrumat after clearing it you have to go with GD and PI.
