IMT-Nagpur is strict with its cut off and other eligibility criteria. For CMAT you need to score at least 90 percentile.

Please write about the course name for better response. However as per the eligibility criteria of PGP in Management (12 months course) of ISB is given below.
1. Educational qualification : Bachelors or equivalent degree
2. Entrance tests acceptable : Valid GMAT / GRE score
3. Work experience : Minimum two years full time

The CAT score above 95 percentile is very good enough for getting top Business schools like FMS Delhi and DMS Trichy etc. However top Iims like IIM-A, IIM-B and IIM-C needs the CAT percentile above 98. The FRM certification can helps in gaining some advantage in extra curricular activities. However graduation percentage can be put some adverse effect in Iims. So you may go ahead with your goal and perform well in CAT.

To take admission in NIPER MBA Pharma, you need BPharm/ BTech (Chemical Engineering or equivalent)/ MSc (Chemical/ Life Sciences) with minimum 60% aggregate or 6.75 CGPA as equivalent and score of NIPER JEE/ GPAT/GATE/NET score.
NIPER JEE MBA is most commonly used to short candidate for MBA in NIPER institutes across the country through a centralized counselling.
I think NIPER dont accept CAT score for MBA pharma.
NIPER JEE score is accepted for MBA pharma and it is generally high .

You can get admission in private colleges if you want profile based, but in government college like iim iit and other private colleges like IBS IMT is not possible in 60 percentile. If you want to take admission in this year you should go for top private colleges.

MAT is an aptitude test for MBA but CAP is the final round for IIM selected students, both tests are totally different.

For Iims the CAT percentile above 98 can be the good enough for admission. While for IITs and NITs, The CAT percentile above 93 can be the safe for admission.

The MAH CET syllabus for MBA/MS consist of four sections:
1. Logical Reasoning
2. Abstract Reasoning
3. Quantitative Aptitude
4. Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension. While CAT syllabus comprises the following :
1. Quantitative Aptitude,
2. Logical Reasoning & Data Interpretation
