Yes why not in fact you should go for a course like MBA it is one of the most sought after courses that people do in today's time. As per the eligibility criteria of CAT there is no such conditions that a candidate has completed his degree with in the stipulated period. While the eligibility criteria of IIMs is a Bachelors degree with minimum three years of duration with minimum 50% of marks (For general). So from above completing engineering degree in six years can not creates any barriers in joining IIMs, if you are fulfilling the other eligibility requirements.
