Depends on your CAT percentile, if it is good, you can proceed with tier-2 categories of colleges, and if you believe that you can do much well, you can take a drop. I repeat, if you know that you can do much well, then only take a drop.

I also think the Ahmedabad University admission policy is fair. As the College provides Need-based Scholarships where it extends need-based Scholarships to our undergraduate students that provides for a waiver of Tuition Fees up to 90% of the total Tuition Fee amount. Also, the infrastructure and facilities provided to students here are excellent.

There is no specific CMAT cutoff percentile for NIRDPR for PGD courses. However, the CMAT percentile between 85-90 can be good enough for this Institute.

BKSOBM does not provide update on placements at the College website. However, on the basis of information gathered from other sources, the college is maintaining it's placement record and 100 percent of students get placed who opted. A total of 68 students have been opted for placement out of 81. The highest salary package is Rs 7 Lacs, while the average package was INR. 5.06 Lacs. Around 85 percent of the students were placed before March, while they were studying in their 4th semester. Being a Govt college, the fee structure of BKSOM is very reasonable and creates a big difference with other B-Schools.
