CAT is objective in nature and therefore there is randomness or an entropic feel to it. You cannot predict the number of answers/score in order to get a call from your dream b-school. It is taken by roughly 2L candidates every year and the seats at top Iims is are 5000. So, the odds are stacked against you because to get that elusive 99. XX, you need to do better than 99% takers which make it difficult. Also, this is just the first part of the story. The next part is the GDPI. Once you get the b-school call

For PGDM programs at JIMS, Rohini following are the scores to get qualified for their GD/PI process.
Valid Score of any one of the following
CAT 75 Percentile for PGDM, 65 Percentile for PGDM- IB and 60 Percentile for PGDM- RM
MAT 580 Composite Score for PGDM and 500 Composite Score for PGDM- IB/RM
CMAT 70 Percentile for PGDM, 55 Percentile for PGDM- IB and 50 Percentile for PGDM- RM
XAT 70 percentile for PGDM, PGDM- IB 55 percentile and 45 percentile for PGDM- RM
ATMA 60 percentile for PGDM, PGDM- IB55 percentile and 50 percentile for PGDM- RM
