For private sector, if you want to go for MBA, it hardly matters because what matters the most incorporates is soft skills you have and attitude and overall I must say somehow it adds value to your resume if somewhat in government sector.

There is no information shared by FORE, which would give information about the minimum packages. About the worth of paying INR. 15 Lakhs, MBA colleges tend to be expensive. The fees of any college would be higher than the average package. The worth of joining a course depends on your capabilities, more than anything else.

Management Aptitude Test (MAT) is a national level MBA entrance test, conducted quarterly by the All India Management Association (AIMA). You should go for both the exams if you belong to Tamil Nadu otherwise, only MAT, if you want to pursue an MBA.

CAT is an entrance exam for MBA, as MBA is a postgraduate course so it's not possible for student of any stream eligible for CAT just after class 12th one has to get their undergraduate degree first. And, yes students of Science can give CAT but only after completing their undergraduate degree.

Kindly note that CAT, XAT & GMAT cut off is 65%ile to get shortlisted for PI WAT process for PGDM (International Business) program. MAT and CMAT is considered for PGDM (Retail Management) and PGDM (Insurance Business Management) programs only in BIMTECH.

It depends on the choice of location that you are preferable to pursue, and according to me you can go for Loyala, Christ University, Rajagiri, USTM. Etc. To choose, you should also have to secure good percentile in CAT, MAT, CMAT and also need to have a good academic details.

You don't need to opt for CAT exam if you want to study law further. After completion of 12th, if you are thinking for law, you may take admission in law school or private university for integrated course BALLB/BBA LLB. It depends that you are want a top law school then you need to sit for CLAT which will be conducted in the month of May. Apply for it and start preparing now to get into National Law University.
