Though your score is less but still you can convert as it is totally dependent on how you perform in GD-PI. Prepare well, make your communication skills strong enough. Hope this helps.

The final selection is based on a lot of factors and hence we cannot speculate on it. However, as there is no cutoff for applying to PGDM, you can fill the form and give it a try. According to their website, they have both management and government quota. For government quota, they accept only TANCET scores. For management quota, they haven't mentioned about any entrance tests. My suggestion would be to ring up the college and ask about the acceptance of MAT scores. Yes, they will be accepting MAT score card of February for admission.

Any top B School might not give you admission as your class 10th and class 12th percentages are very low. You can still try giving CAT ,MAT, ZAT any many such exams and as per the percentile, you can decide the college whichever takes you in.

I think, you would get a call for GD-PI, but you need to perform well in GD-PI.

If an Institute accepts only CAT score, there is no way you can apply with MAT score. So, It's better to appear for CAT and then apply.
