For part time PhD you should have at least two years of experience and the course work can be done in weekend or another way is that you can join regular PhD and complete your course work and after that you can do your PhD as a part time.

Better give this exam in this year 2016 Akshay because that is the only gateway for getting into a reputed college for MBA.
