Yes, VNSGU accepts entrance exam for MBA. The university accepts Common Management Admission Test (CMAT), a business aptitude test conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to MBA/PGDM courses. CMAT is a MCQ based entrance test. It is an easy to medium difficulty level exam. Over 50,000 aspirants appear for it every year, on an average.

To get admission in Veer Narmad South Gujarat University MBA course candidates must first qualify the eligibility criteria as per the Admission Committee for Professional Courses or ACPC. The MBA eligibility includes:
- Candidates must have passed Class 12 from a recognised Board/University in India.
