According to internet, Chandigarh University is better for an MBA Maharishi Markandeshwar University (MMU). This is because CU has industry links, offers industry-sponsored programs, and has special labs for different work. 
 
However, MMU has better placement than CU. MMU also offers dual specialisation courses and is considered one of the top management colleges in North India.
