No, it is not compulsory to have MAT score for NERIST.
- Have a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 55% marks
- Be an Indian national
- Have a valid score on the CAT, MAT, or XAT
- Have a bachelor's degree in any discipline approved by UGC or AICTE
- Have a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate
- Have passed a bachelor's degree or equivalent examination from a recognised board
Candidates can also appear for the NEPGET to qualify for admissions.

The eligibility criteria for the PGDM course at MIMA Institute of Management is that candidate should have passed graduation with a minimum 50% aggregate (45% for reserved categories) from any recognised university and with a valid score in any national level entrance tests viz. CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ ATMA / CMAT/ GMAT / MH-CET (MBA/MMS) are eligible to apply enabling the candidate to appear for the Selection Process directly.

No, candidates seeking admission to Executive PGDM programmes of IIFT Delhi are not required to take any exam. The institute shortlist candidates based on aggregate in the last qualifying exam (degree course) and work experience. These shortlisted candidates are further called for the group discussion and personal interview round by the institute. The interview round is conducted on the IIFT Delhi campus.
