To be eligible for MBA admission at DOMS IIT Roorkee, candidates need to possess a graduation degree/ professional qualification in any stream from a UGC-recognised university with a minimum of 60% aggregate (55% aggregate for SC/ ST/ PwD candidates). Final year students can also apply for MBA course.
IIT graduates (admitted via IIT JEE) with a CGPA of 7.0 or above on a 10 point scale are exempted from appearing for CAT.

Those with a UG degree with 60% aggregate along with work experience ranging between 4.5 and 10 years can apply online on the official website of DoMS IIT Madras. E-MBA applications should be submitted online via the official website of the institute. Mentioned below is the list of documents required while filling the application. Size of documents must be less than 1MB each:
- Passport-size photo and signature (in JPEG)
- Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets
- Bachelor's degree certificate and mark sheets
- Letters certifying work experience
- Category certificate (if applicable)
- Sponsorship letter (if applicable)
- CV with details of work experience only (not exceeding 3 pages)

Candidates with the below qualifications can apply for E-MBA at DoMS IIT Madras:
- A pass in the relevant bachelor's degree with 60% and above aggregate

For MBA admission, candidates who have applied are further shortlisted based on the composite score (calculated using CAT score, past academic performance, experience, gender and diversity) for a Virtual Interview. The weightage aligned to each and every component of MBA admission selection is as follows:

In addition to qualifying CAT, candidates must have completed a relevant UG degree with 55% aggregate. Followed by aplication and after getting shortlisted, MBA interviews are conducted by DoMS IIT Madras in multiple cities of India which are likely to change every year. Interested candidates can refer to the application process for the academic year and choose the city of their preference.
