A pass in bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for reserved category) is required to apply for the MBA course. Candidates are required to fulfil the eligibility requirements and submit their proof of eligibility during the document verification round. MBA is a two-year course offered in five specialisations, namely Business Analytics, Digital Marketing, Dual-Major, Logistics & Supply Chain Management and E-Business Management through the School of Management. During the course, two month monitored Industrial Practice (SIP- Summer Internship Program) before the commencement of the second year of the course is reinforced with a four-month Industrial Practice (MIP- Monitored Internship Program) in the final semester.

The University accepts CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ ATMA for MBA admissions. Candidates will be shortlisted based on the scores obtained in any of the entrance exams.

Work experience is not mandatory to apply for MBA course at XIMB. Aspirants do need to meet the eligibility criteria i.e. graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 55% aggregate from a recognised university.
