PGDM and MBA are one and the same thing. The PGDM offers the practical knowledge of an MBA. A PGDM is a Diploma course that is awarded by institutions. All the universities provide an MBA degree. PGDM and MBA are equivalent when it comes to postgraduate degrees. PGDM also holds the same domain as MBA. You can do both any time there is no sequence.
