Presidency University has intake capacity of a little over 650.
The total intake of MBA (Master in Business Administration) is a little over 650.

Hello,
The minimum eligibility to join for MBA in India is an undergraduate degree with 50% marks from any recognized university and candidate should have secure good percentile in CAT, MAT, CMAT and XAT or admission seeking institutes entrance test( LPUNEST, SRMJEEM). So as considering your mark, you won't be able to join for MBA, if you can improve the marks more than 50% then you will be eligible.

Hello, MBA Business Law is a 2-year postgraduate course involving the concepts of commercial laws associated with an organisation, firm, or industry. This course follows the basic rules of a management course, knowledge about the commercial elements of law, and essential business skills spread over 4 semesters. MBA Business Law admissions are based on merit based or entrance based. If you want to do MBA with Parul university and if you need to pass CAT exam you have at least minimum of 50% in graduation from a recognised university is mandatory. Candidate should have a valid score in CAT/MAT/CMAT/GCET-MBA entrance examination conducted by the board. Candidate who is interested can apply online/offline for the course for admission. Fee structure for the programme will be approximately INR 148000/- for the complete course.

No, each and every business school will conduct GD and PI. It's the basic rule of every Business school. The colleges which do accept the students without any CAT, MAT entrance exams will even conduct group discussion (GD) and personal interview (PI). Group discussion will be based on your basic knowledge and skills, the way you talk, the way you find solution and personal interview is based on your personal details.

I will suggest you to search University on the basis University, faculty, placements, international exposure, curriculum, alumni of that university. You should not be location specific while choosing best University. Preferring the MBA has been a high-status decision which used to fetch a type of satisfaction to the students as they would feel that MBA is somewhat a higher and reputed degree which will open the door for lucrative jobs in the corporate world. Though the charm of MBA has not decreased, the management institutions are rampant especially in Cities. The point is that pursuing MBA has become easy than it was a decade ago. MB
