There are plenty of Government Job offering for MBA finance and Human resource management candidates. The gov conducts Examination to filter students for ex. HAL provides opportunities for MBA Finance and HRM students.

You have Very Good work Experience as compared to a lot of people, its your plus point so in whatever field you worked for 12 years, choose MBA field according to that ex. If its in finance, go for MBA finance you can also choose minor specialisations as well.

Hello Rutuja, Average package of Neville Wadia College, Pune for MBA ( As claimed by the institution) (MBA batch 2019-21) was 5.5 LPA (Lacs per Annum), the highest was 9 LPA and the lowest is 3 LPA. Total number of recruiters were 90+
Top recruiters were:-
1. Asian Paints
2. Infosys
3. Jhonson Controls
4. Accenture
5. SBI General
