PGDM is not better than MS. No, PG Diploma is not equivalent to Masters as it is a short-term Diploma course pursued in order to gain some professional skills mainly to gain advance knowledge and competencies. The duration of the course can be of 1 to 1.5 years. However, Masters can range between 1-3 years in duration.

Yes, you cannot get admission in any college for MBA because of your result firstly you have to complete your 12th by passing in all above 50% in all subjects.
