Yes, you can go for MBA in Sales/Marketing. As you have prior experience of hotel management, it will certainly help you to get work with hotel/hospitality industries or other service based companies.

Of course you can. You can do MBA degree no matter who you are- an engineer, lawyer, journalist, writer or as you said hotel management student. After graduation, you can do MBA in hotel management or hospitality management as well. If you are in the food production department, you can do culinary management or kitchen management. Then there are those traditional specializations like marketing, finance, human resources, product management, operations management etc.

You have not mentioned the name of the college clearly. There are two D. Y. Patil colleges of management in Pune: DY Patil School of Management and Dr. D. Y. Patil Institute of Management Studies. You can get admission to the DY Patil School of Management, Pune, with 67 percentiles in the MH-CET. In 2021, the cutoff for the GOBC open category was 67.8 for MBA, whereas for the home state OBC category, it was further below the 50th percentile. You can also get admission to the Dr. D. Y. Patil Institute of Management Studies, Akurdi, in Pune. The cut-off for this management college was around the 62 percentile in MH-CET 2021.

That is difficult if you have time then I suggest you give another year for preparing MBA CET and make a routine gives continuous mocks analyse it properly make a mistakes notebook and give full fledged preparation you can surely ace CET and get into JBIMS in my knowledge the fees is around 6 Lacs you get ample opportunity there they don't even consider your graduation score so not to worry.
