No, no university provide MBA if the student has backlog in their graduation in India. As the basic eligibility for getting admission in Mater of Business Administration (MBA) is that the student must have a Bachelor's degree in any field or related field under recognised university. So, the student having backlogs need to first clear your backlog papers and pass in the subjects you failed, then you can get admission in colleges.

An MBA, in my opinion, is more about dialogues on the job, contacts with academics, and peer learning. A significant portion of your personality development occurs when you study on a campus with 400 different students, from diverse backgrounds and with varied experiences and perspectives. While classroom learning plays a good role in giving you technical/theoretical knowledge. In an MBA, experience is more important than education.

Yes, you can very well do MBA (HR) from IIBM.
Indian Institute of Business Management (IIBM) offers a number of degree and diploma programs focusing on Business Administration and Management. The college offers BBA, BCA, PGDM and B.Voc programs at UG as well as PG levels.
You should be a graduate in any discipline with50 % marks.
It also requires a valid score in CAT / MAT / ATMA / CMAT / XAT.
The placement opportunity in IIBM is also very good. The highest package was 7.50 LPA and the average package was 3.50 LPA.
Some of the major companies visited were Dell, Idea cellular, Indian Oil Corporation of india, Mahindra, Ashok Leyland, Cadbu

For getting admission in MBA in Maulana Azad National Urdu University, you need to have minimum 45 % in your graduation. The process of Maulana Azad National Urdu University admission is completely online. Students are granted admissions either on the basis of merit in the qualifying exam or performance / score in the entrance examination/interview conducted by the University. Admission are based on merit cum entrance marks.
