Yes Delhi School of Business offers a PGDM programme with Human Resource Management as an area of specialisation. While comparing HR focused PGDM options I also came across Asian Business School (ABS) in Noida. I'd suggest checking the latest curriculum specialisation options eligibility and placement details before choosing since these can change from one admission cycle to another.
