You will not face in campus placement as a fresher as majority of student population in MBA classes are fresher. However, your salary as a fresher may be lesser in comparison to experienced students.

CAT is the most prestigious MBA entrance exams whose score is used by majority of top MBA B-Schools in India including IiMs, FMS DU, MDi etc. CAT is very competitive but you must appear in CAT to avail your chances to do MBA from top B-Schools.

There is no specialisation such as IT in PGDM but there will be systems specialisation along with other specialisations like finance and systems, marketing and systems, etc. Therefore, based on your interest, opt for a specialisation. There is no IT.

All MBA fields are good. International business and marketing is more in demand. Digital marketing has good scope too.

BBA+MBA is a very good options in current conditions but only if you pursue it from a reputed college / university. Coming to placements, most of the colleges do offer placements, so it differs for college to college. Coming to the scope abroad, it is there only if you pursue it from a reputed college.
