The cutoff trend for medical Courses at Coimbatore Medical College Coimbatore has been increasing in the recent years. In 2021, the closing rank for medical courses. under general category for all India quota was 13260. In 2022, it increased to 17785. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 12329 to 22629 for OBC, 72335 to 109112 for SC, 115624 to 145776 for ST, 9883 to 20393 for EWS, 502987 to 676853 for PWD. This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for medical education in India continues to grow.

The MCC will release 4-5 rounds of NEET cutoffs for admission to Coimbatore Medical College Coimbatore medical courses. The cutoffs will be released on a rolling basis, and the seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The cutoffs will be based on the following factors:

The NEET score of the candidate
The category of the candidate
The number of seats available in the course

For last year, the closing rank for Coimbatore Medical College Coimbatore cutoff for MBBS - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery was 17785 which is very close to this range. This was for general category under All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one cannot afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission however since, the cut offs keep changing year on year, it is advisable to try to score better ranks to increase your chances of getting admission in Coimbatore Medical College Coimbatore.

Coimbatore Medical College Coimbatore cutoff 2022 ranks for MBBS - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at other than General category are mentioned below- 

  • 22629 for OBC
  • 109112 for SC
  • 145776 for ST
  • 20393 for EWS
  • 676853 for PWD

While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in NEET exam, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State.

Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For general category under All India, opening rank was 4468 and closing rank was 17785. Cut off are differant when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. Admission to MBBS - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in Coimbatore Medical College, Coimbatore is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam NEET. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.
