Despite the fact that the cut-off list differs depending on the economic group, in your case, these 303 marks are just the minimum to secure a spot in MS and BDS. You can try your luck but it's just the minimum if you from general category. According to patterns from past years, students must have a minimum NEET score of 450 in order to be admitted to a government dental college as a BDS student (subject to vary). The lowest cutoff score for SC/ST/OBC is around 128-113, whereas the cutoff score for the general category was approximately 720-147.

The minimum cut offs for SC category is 40 percentile which is around 93- 116. on that basis you have many government colleges on list to pick from. University College of Medical Sciences, Maulana Azad Medical College

I would say yes, keeping in mind of you marks (557) and category chances of you getting in to a government college is good. This is very good marks to get in to any in to any Private Medical college to pursue your dream of MBBS. If you try counselling you can even get any government colleges for your study of MBBS degree. It will little hard but you'll get that.

129 are not the most admirable marks in NEET to get into a government college. You will definitely get admission in any other private colleges if you don't want to waste your year and work hard there.

With such marks it is not highly likely to get admission in MBBS. It'll be very difficult. If you had made your question ore specific about your category then I would give the definite answer.
