It might be difficult for you to get a Government medical College if you are general, OBC or SC. There is some chance for ST or PH candidates. I would recommend you to prepare for one more year and score in the range of 600 to get into a medical college of your choice.

No, you need to get an original class 10th Certificatebecause if any point of time during document verification, your Certificate is found duplicate, they can terminate your application and Even file a case against you. So, be on the safe side.
