NEET UG is the only entrance exam which will make you eligible for MBBS counselling.

Hi,
It is better to appear for NEET and have some rank as that's the minimum eligibility criteria for most of the medical colleges. There are management quota seats which are offered only if you have appeared in the NEET or any other state entrances of the state you are applying to.
