You should appear NEET. You shouldn't skip any exam. If you are preparing that's well and good, but don't skip any examination.

Normally any University abroad, locations including Russia, China, Ukraine, the whole course of MBBS should not cost more than 18 lakhs of 5 years course. But the real effort will be there, when you come back and give the MCI Screening Test. So if you are struggling with completing your syllabus (Because there are so much to study with so much study material around that it is difficult to figure out what to learn and what to leave) or revision is your biggest challenge I seriously suggest you JOIN the program given here :

Hi Dear,
With 415 in OBC category you may not get MBBS seat. So you have to appear in NEET 2 and secure a very good score to get into MBBS.

Hi Dear,
I think the minimum percentage required for admission into MBBS is 55%. Whats your PCB percentage?
For getting into government colleges, you need to score 520+.
