Normally any University abroad, locations including Russia, China, Ukraine, the whole course of MBBS should not cost more than 18 lakhs of 5 years course. But the real effort will be there, when you come back and give the MCI Screening Test. You can get admission in a government medical college.

With 415 in OBC category you may not get MBBS seat. So you have to appear in NEET 2 and secure a very good score to get into MBBS.
