Instead of focusing on China and Nepal, I suggest you consider Philippines as an option as the country is an English speaking country and you can converse with patients in English. MCI clearance is equally difficult if you pursue your studies from Nepal or China. However, Philippines follows US style of medicine studies and clearing MCI screening is relatively easier. Also, Philippines is now a hub for USMLE coaching. Additionally, Philippines has similar weather conditions as India and therefore similar types of diseases could be found in Philippines. Resume is extremely important for getting called for job interview. To begin with it needs to be understood that the same resume generally does not work out well for all kinds of jobs.
