While selecting any course you need to check your interest. And what i can see is you are more interested in pursing MBA. So i would suggest you to do BBA first and then go for MBA.
MBA is Master's of Business Administration.with this course you can get opportunities in various companies in their management.This course is completely related to business and administration.every candidate who completed graduation is eligible to apply for MBA.
To get admission in to MBA you must qualify in entrance exams then only you are allowed to join in MBA course.some of the entrance exams for MBA admissions are;

CAT is common admission test conducted by IIMs to get admissions in to their management programs.MAT is a management aptitude test conducted to get admissions in various business schools.
GMAT is a graduate management admission test, to get admissions in to foreign business schools.Score will be valid up to 5 years.

MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) is a 4½ year programme followed by a year of rotating internship. The 4½ years of medical class room study is divided into 3 phases of 18 months each. Each professional, as it is called, is of 18 months duration and is divided into 3 semesters of 6 months each. There is a test/exam called as Semester exam after the end of each semester. Examinations are held at the end of each 'professional' and they are called Professional I or II or final examination. Last 1½ years i.e. third professional is devoted to monthly clinical work in the wards and departments of the hospital. In all there are 3 professional examinations, followed by practical and clinical examinations. 50 per cent marks are required to be procured in each subject both in written, oral and practical. The success, rate of passing MBBS in one attempt in all the three professional parts is, however, only 70 per cent and this is the optimal aggregate.
Eligibility:
The eligibility criteria are different for different colleges/ institutions. For AIPMT, students must have completed XII standard with subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with at least 50% in PCB.
Career Prospects:
Self employment is the most popular option for doctors, although government hospitals and clinics as well as privately owned multi specialty hospitals and nursing homes are offering lucrative openings. Graduate doctors (MBBS) may opt to work for Central Health Scheme (CGHS), Employees Insurance Scheme (EIS) Hospital or Primary Health Centers. Doctors can also work for business organizations, industries, schools and embassies as consultants. Employment with the Armed Forces, Railways is coveted options.
A fresh graduate can earn more than Rs 25000 a month.

What I would suggest you is that, before opting for any course you must first decide in which field you wish to build your career and accordingly you can select the best course as per your interest and liking.
