Hi Sharon, it is just misunderstanding that any career has more or less earning opportunities. We have seen MBBS and BDS doctors as well saying that they are getting less packages.
To earn good, you should focus on your technical expertise and for that look at your area of interests.
Anybody whose is earning good has made there own paths to be successful. So you have to choose yours.
All the Best!

Hi Sahib, both are good options. All depends your areas of interest. I do agree that MBBS takes 6 years to complete and much hard work is needed, but my friend in today's scenario it's really tough to get anything without hard work.
After B.Pharmacy as well, you have to do M. Pharmacy for better career as only B. Pharm will have very less opportunities. So again the span will remain 6 years and there is no as such thing like less hard work in Pharmacy.

After MBBS you can enter Pharmacovigilance field as Drug Safety Physician with good growth and salary packages.
After M. Pharm, you will get entry as Drug Safe

Hi Mahavir,
It is extremely difficult to get admission in Australia for MBBS with less than 65% marks. I would however recommend you evaluate India as an option for MBBS. I guess under Management quota. Let me know in case you want to evaluate this option. Please check "About Me" for further details.

Hi,
Please note that the American universities do not award or recognize the MBBS.
In the US medical studies are only done at the graduate level. Undergraduate students complete BS degrees in chemistry, biochemsitry, biology or other science related fields, then take a difficult examination, the MCAT, and apply for admission to Medical schools that require four years of graduate study and award the MD or DO degree.
Admission to medical school is very competitive - you must have a 3.6 / 4.0 or better average in a series of difficult science courses to be admitted.
Also there are very few scholarships for medical students, so most students
