If your name is correct in class 10th and not correct in class 12th, then you should ask your board to correct name and reissue class 12th mark sheet with the correct name. This should not be a problem in admissions though you should keep an undertaking/affidavit ready for this effect.

You are not eligible for MCA course at ICFAI University. Because the Eligibility criteria is:
Graduation in any discipline with 45% above aggregate marks with mathematics as a subject in 10 + 2;
45% and above in BA Admission criteria is : The selection of applicants into the programme is made through screening of applications and interview.
